How the program works
Employment first, training built in
OJT is not a classroom course with a placement promise — it is a 12-month job with structured training inside it.
Hired first, trained after
Selected candidates receive a formal offer letter on Day 1 with PF and ESI registration. There is no student status — you join as a full-time employee of InfozIT Solutions for the entire 12 months.
Trained by working engineers
Training is delivered by the same professionals who ship our CRM, HRMS, ERP and client projects — not by full-time trainers. What you learn on Monday is what the team uses that week.
Deployed on live delivery
From month four you are placed inside a delivery pod on client or product work, with a reporting manager, sprint goals, code reviews and real release deadlines.
Reviewed like an employee
Weekly assessments, monthly reviews, soft-skills sessions and a project showcase at the end of the training phase keep progress measurable and documented.
3 hrs structured training + 4 hrs supervised practice in a real environment, daily
Full working day inside a delivery pod — standups, tickets, reviews and releases
Assessment on the week's module and a mentor check-in

Who can apply
- Graduates and final-year students from B.Tech / BCA / MCA / B.Sc / MBA (marketing track) backgrounds
- Candidates willing to commit to the full 12-month employment period in Hyderabad
- Basic programming aptitude for engineering tracks; communication aptitude for the marketing track

Is OJT a course or a job?+
It is employment with structured training built in. You are appointed as a full-time employee of InfozIT Solutions from Day 1 with an offer letter, PF and ESI — training runs inside that employment for the first three months.
How long is the program and what happens month by month?+
Twelve months in total. Day 1–2 is onboarding, month 1–3 is the probation and training phase, month 4–12 is live project work with increasing ownership, and the program closes at the end of month 12.
Do I get paid during the program?+
Yes. You are on payroll for the full 12 months and receive a salary through the program, along with statutory PF and ESI coverage.
Is a certificate issued at the end?+
No completion certificate is issued. On completion of the 12 months you receive your entire full & final settlement.
Which tracks can I apply for?+
Software Engineer – Python, Software Engineer – MERN Stack, Data Scientist / AI Engineer, Cyber Security Analyst, Digital Marketing Associate and Infor ERP Consultant.
Will I work on real client projects?+
Yes. From month four you are onboarded into a delivery pod working on client engagements or on our own products — Lemai CRM, Emplai HRMS, Education ERP and Task Management.
Who trains the candidates?+
Working professionals from our delivery teams — engineers, marketers and consultants who are actively on projects — supported by mentors and reporting managers.
What is the selection process?+
An aptitude assessment, a technical or domain screening relevant to the track, and an HR discussion. Shortlisted candidates receive an offer letter before onboarding.
Where is the program based?+
At our Hyderabad office. The program requires working on-site with the delivery teams.
